Refund & Return

We do everything we can to ensure you will be happy with your new order - but if you for any reason need to make a return or exchange, we have made some simple steps below:

- You may send any unwanted items back to us within 15 days of the delivery of the order; for an exchange or refund.

If you need any help with making a return - please do not hesitate to reach out!

And please inform us of your order number when emailing us for a return or an exchange, so we can quickly find your order information.

EXCHANGE
The customer is liable for the return shipping costs, unless an item been received in error, is damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service before returning any item(s) to us of this nature.

RETRUN
Step 1
Please contact our customer service after you received your package via email at luxurysilkpjs@gmail.com to Indicate which item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason for your return.

Note:The following items couldn't be returned: Items on clearance, Customized Items, Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Step 2
Our customer service will process your return request within 1-2 working days. After the return request has been authorized, our customer service will tell your return deatil info.

Step 3
Please ship (You are also responsible for the return shipping fee), the returned items back to the address of our USA address we give to you, including a paper write your order id and name (that we can know who you are) .

We DO NOT accept the return package without our Return Authorization.

Please do email us the tracking number to luxurysilkpjs@gmail.com after shipping out your returned package. And please shipping out your returned package within the next 3 days after getting our authorization.

Step 4
After receiving the returned package, we'll arrange the refund within 3-4 working days .

Please note that, we will refund your money to your original account(paypal or creidt card,creidt card maybe need more 1-2 working days by banks), and if your payment is longer than 2 months, a small amount of your refund might be charged by Paypal as a handling fee which is out of our control.
